On June 5th and 6th, the Corporation held the 2014 Corporation Legal Affairs Conference in Beijing. General Manager and Party Secretary Song Quanli, Vice General Manager and General Counsel Yang Xianghong attended the conference and made important comments. Other attendants include department directors of the Corporation, leaders of legal departments, legal counsels, principals of legal service agencies, and administrators of legal affairs of subordinate companies.
The conference has conveyed the spirits of President Xi Jinping’s speech in the Central Government Politics and Law Working Conference, 2014 Central Government Enterprise Law Affairs Symposium and SASAC’s document of “Notice on Central Enterprises to Implement the Third 3-year Law Affairs Objective Inspection”. Subordinate companies has reported their work in 2014 and exchanged experiences in law affairs since last year. Plans were made to promote legal work in 2014 and to finish the third 3-year objective inspection.
